Employees were very amiable and extremely friendly!
Overall had really nice stay of 2 nights. The double room was great-sized and brand-new with good Aircon, a good shower, for example. I liked the beautiful design here.

The free WiFi was on fleek, so we were able to post all our epic pics from exploring Ubud. Plus, having an ATM and tour desk at the property saved us from any major FOMO moments. We could withdraw cash for shopping sprees and book awesome tours right there, no hassle! #LuxLife
The only thing missing was a proper party spot where we could let loose and turn up the volume. Don't get me wrong, we had a blast exploring Ubud, but it would've been even better if the hotel had a cool lounge or bar where we could meet other young party-goers.

The room I stayed in had a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries, which was really convenient for me as someone with physical handicaps.
Personally, I found the soundproofing in the room to be a bit lacking. However, I understand that this is just my subjective opinion and others might still find it enjoyable.

the location is perfect - just a short 3-minute walk to the Ubud Market, which was our main purpose for visiting. We were also thrilled with how close it was to all the shops, and the price was unbeatable. They even gave us a souvenir and arranged for breakfast to be served earlier than usual to accommodate our early tour. Special thanks to Madie and her family for making us feel so welcome. This was my second time staying here, and I would definitely come back if given the chance. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like 😊.

Soundproofing: The soundproofing in the hotel could be improved. I could hear conversations from other rooms and the atrium, making it a bit noisy at times.
